JR Cigars Ltd are dedicated in offering total satisfaction with any of our products or services. In the unlikely event that you have not received a level of service or product to the standard that is expected by you we will do all we can to correct any issues or replace any products. The minimum permitted age to order goods or services from this website is 18 years.
We currently do not ship or provide services outside of the United Kingdom.
By placing an order or requesting any of our services with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. A contract between the customer and JR Cigars Ltd for the sale of our products, and the provision of services will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, payment received and despatched.
For your peace of mind all purchases including products from our subscription services are covered by our 7-day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original unopened packaging to JR Cigars, accompanied with the receipt or invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund – no hassles.
All prices are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We accept payment in person or by telephone using cash, electronic bank transfer or cheque. Payment on our website can be made securely via Square secure payment systems using one of the following methods MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards via our website. We also accept JR Cigars Ltd gift certificates. All payments are subject to validation checks and where required, authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order.
Availability and Prices
JR Cigars Ltd does not promise that products and services are necessarily available, and therefore are offered subject to availability. Occasionally a product may be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted to you by email. The price for the products and services shall be the price listed or given on the date of your order exclusive of any delivery charges which will be added to the total amount due. Delivery charges will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges (link to delivery charges). In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications of products and services on are correct. at the time. However technical data, dimensions and weights serve only as a guide. Sometimes product specifications may change, we will do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate and the utmost care is taken to ensure their accuracy. Photographs may on occasion be used for illustration purposes. No guarantee is given/implied that the goods are true in detail to the description or illustrations published.
Your Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel any order in line with the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) Regulations and are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product, excluding delivery charges, if we are informed within 7 calendar days of the receipt of products. Please note that any purchases made in person or the supply of services are exempt. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed, including the reason for return. Please allow up to 30 days for payments to be refunded.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Please contact us, to inform us of return. Both the product and the original packaging should be returned. Any returns must be received by JR Cigars Ltd within 30 days of requesting a return. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
We offer a Collect service. Unlike other retailers our prices are the same online and instore. If you wish to come and browse. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
Stock permitting, orders (and payment) received before 2pm are usually processed the same working day. Those orders (and payment) received after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Delivery cut off dates will exist during Christmas and New Year periods.
If you want us to ship to an address that is different to the billing address, although this isn’t a problem, PLEASE be aware SOME debit/credit card providers decline these transactions. If this is the case please contact your card provider and retry the transaction.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods once they have been issued to the delivery partner. This includes issues that are beyond our reasonable control e.g. natural disasters, rioting, floods, fire etc. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.
Most orders will be despatched via Royal Mail.

• Standard tracked Delivery – Approx 2-4 working days £2.95
• Express tracked Delivery – Approx 1-2 working days £3.50
• Next Working Day Delivery – Guaranteed delivered by 1pm (mainland UK only and excluding Saturdays) £7.95
There is no minimum membership period, you can cancel at any time. Payment can be made online via our secure payment gateway using credit or debit cards. Which will be debited on a reoccurring monthly basis, on the date each month. Alternatively, bank transfer or cash payment can be set up, please contact us for further details. Payment received on or before the 15th of each month will qualify for despatch during that same month. These packages are separate from any user accounts created to use our online shop.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

JR Cigars Ltd will process your personal data in accordance with, data protection legislation. Personal data that you provide to JR Cigars Ltd may be processed by JR Cigars Ltd to:
